What is Covered in the Warranty?
We cover any defect in craftsmanship and/or defect in the materials for a full year, starting from the date of purchase. This applies to all purchases made through our website (WearPanda.com) or Panda stores.
Note: if you made a purchase from one of our authorized retailers, please enquire with them direction about their specific repair/return policy.
What is Not Covered in the Warranty?
Admittedly, this can be a lot of different things including accident, mishandling, alterations, and normal wear and tear.
We understand nobody intentionally damages their belongings. Especially their Pandas!!! If you are outside your warranty period, we'll work with you to get a replacement pair you love! We got you!
Please note: unless they arrive damaged, lenses are not considered to be a manufacturing defect.
Processing a Warranty?
Processing a warranty claim requires the original order number as well as a detailed account of the defect. If you purchased your sunglasses from an officially licensed retailer, you will need to supply the name & location of the retail shop.
Once a warranty claim is approved, customers are asked to cover the cost of shipping the sunglasses back for an exchange. For international exchanges, customers are asked to pay the shipping cost of the replacement.
