We offer free shipping on every order, but you're welcome to select a faster delivery option if desired. We ship each package via the best available carrier. For international orders we strongly recommend our Shipping Insurance. If for any reason your insured package is lost or stolen while in transit, we will send a replacement free of charge.
Panda is not liable or responsible for the actions of the mail carriers (including lost or wrongly delivered packages). However, if you believe your package has been misplaced in transit please let us know and we will do our best to assist you in locating it.

The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment (note that customs determines these charges, and Panda has no way of knowing what they may be). Please check with your local customs office for details.
Please be careful when entering your shipping address -- if a package is returned due to a bad address we will ask you to cover the reshipping cost.
