That means you have 60 calendar days to try-on your glasses, wear them around town, gather all the confidence and compliments available and if you don't absolutley love them, simple drop us a line, put them in the box with all the packaging and send them back to us. We even pay the retun shipping!**

Of course, proof of purchase required with the items returned in new condition with no signs of use. And the request must be within the 60 days. We're sure understand all that.

Please contact us before you send a return. The location of the return may depend on the product.

How It Works

1. Contact us at zookeeper@wearpanda.com and let us know you'd like to return your proudct. For faster results, include your order # in your email.
2. We will create a return shipping label for your return and email that label to you.
3. Pack up your product(s) in brand new condition, including all parts, pieces, & components and mail it back to us.
4. We'll review the condition of the product and issue the refund.
