Here's what we know:
Staring at a screen all day isn't good for your eyes. Blue light blocking lenses worked by, you guessed it, blocking the blue light. For some people, this may not result in any noticeable difference. For others with more light sensitivities, it has been shown to reduce headaches, eye aches, and generally result in a better night's sleep.
