All Panda products carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. To qualify for a refund/exchange we require the original order number as well as a detailed account of the defect. If you purchased our products from an official retailer we will need to the name of the shop as well. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back for a refund or exchange. For international exchanges, customers are also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement. Panda does not cover breaks and cracks from misuse or alteration (e.g. lens replacement), but in most cases customers are eligible for a discount. 60 Days - No Questions Asked
All items purchased directly from Panda’s online shop or an official retailer are eligible for a 60 day no questions asked return or exchange. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required for eligibility as well as your order number. If your purchase was from a retailer we will need the name of the shop as well. Returned items must be in new condition with no signs of use and be postmarked within 60 days from the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back for a refund or exchange. To start the process, simply email email@example.com and provide your order number.
